Regulatory obligations — the rules a regulator can enforce against you. Data protection, the AI acts, sector conduct rules. That is a subset of “legal”: it says nothing about your contracts, your intellectual property or your employment arrangements.

No. It is a recommendation produced by an automated system that can be wrong or incomplete, and the responsibility for what your agent does stays with you. Take anything you intend to rely on to your own lawyer — if you do not have one, we can introduce you.

It reads what it can from your description, asks at most three questions about the things that most change the answer, and records everything else as unknown. Obligations that turn on something we never established come back marked undetermined, with the question that would settle them. We would rather show you a gap than guess at it.

Not to run it. You get a key when you submit, and that key is how you come back to the result. We ask for a name and an email at the point you want the full set, a report, or an introduction.

Two to three minutes. You do not have to wait on the page — come back with your key whenever.

It is used to work out which regulations reach your agent, and it is not sold or passed on. A document you attach is sent to our server, read once for its text, and dropped — the file itself is never written to disk and we keep no copy of it. Only the text goes on to the assessment, and nothing at all is stored until you press run. Write at the level of detail you would put in a product brochure; nothing confidential is needed to get a useful answer.

Absolutely. Email support@carveragents.ai with the subject “Delete my agent” and the key you were given after uploading your agent. We will delete the assessment and everything you told us to produce it. Send the key — it is the only thing that connects you to an assessment, and without it we cannot tell which one is yours. An assessment nobody comes back to is deleted after 30 days anyway.
